The guarantee

I measure your site's mobile LCP with PageSpeed Insights before we start and send you the report. If, at the end of the sprint, mobile LCP is not under 2.5 seconds measured the same way on the same URL, you don't pay. You keep the commits either way.

It applies to the Core Web Vitals sprint. There is no guarantee on the retainer, and none on business outcomes such as traffic, leads or revenue.

  • The repository lives in your GitHub organisation from the first commit, never mine.
  • Every project ships with a written handoff: architecture notes, environment variables, deployment steps.
  • Holidays are announced at least three weeks ahead, and I don't start a sprint I can't finish before them.
  • Standard terms include an NDA and a mutual no-solicit, signed before any brief is shared.
