Where the business is registered and where it is run
Subeleven LLC is registered in New Mexico and operated from Bucharest. Those are two different places and both are stated deliberately. The company is a US entity; the work is done, and the data is handled, in Romania, by one person. Nothing about the business is Spanish, notwithstanding the subeleven.es domain, which is an administrative mailbox and is not used for client work.
Data protection
The data controller is Subeleven LLC. Because the establishment carrying out the processing is in Romania, the competent supervisory authority is the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP). What the site collects and what happens to it is set out in the privacy policy.
